Refund policy
What is our return and exchange policy?
We do not offer return and refund for our customers, except for 1) defective product and 2) out of stock, but we provide 30-days free exchange for our customers. Please have your order confirmation email, order card, or gift receipt ready. Please see the exchange guidelines listed below to see if purchased items are eligible for an exchange.
- Items must be in their original condition without signs of wear or damage
- Items returned by mail must be in all original packaging (tags, box, and pouch included)
- No individual item of a set can be returned for refund, store credit and/or size exchange, and must be returned as a complete set.
All below items are non-exchangeable:
- Earrings due to hygiene concerns
- Engraved and monogrammed products
- Gift cards
- Jewelry Care Kit
