Shipping is free within Malaysia with no minimum spend. Please refer to our shipping policy for more details.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery takes 2-3 business days for West Malaysia and 3-6 days for East Malaysia.

Can I get my order delivered urgently?
Need your order in a hurry for a special occasion? We’re here to help! For urgent orders within Klang Valley, we offer same-day delivery via Grab (delivery cost applies). Just let us know what you need, and we’ll do our best to make sure your gift arrives on time.

Do you offer free gift wrapping or personal touches?
Yes! We offer free gift wrapping and can include a printed personal letter with your order. Want to make it extra special? Add a Polaroid (Instax Wide, film size 108mm x 86mm) for just RM 12 each. What if my order arrives damaged?
